• 1 tablespoon Nopalina
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 watercress
  • 1 beet
  • ½ red onion
  • Parsley
  • 1 carrot

    *Preparation:
    Blend all ingredients; add a glass of water and a honey tablespoon or two to sweeten. Take the juice for a month on an empty stomach in the morning.
