• 1 tablespoon Nopalina
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 lettuce center
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    *Preparation:
    Mix in blender 2 peeled cucumbers, lettuce's center, Nopalina tablespoon and 1 cup water: then whip the mixture obtained in a shaker with crushed ice, salt and pepper. Its sedative properties have great result in nervous and anxious. Take it at night.
